Boats Supply and caterings.

The office deals particularly with the supply and catering of boats and offers services to the companies that deal with this field , in Greece and abroad as well. Mr Atzarakis founded and accomodated the Hellenic Association of Boats Supplies in his office the first years.

Constitution, organisation and operation of Anonymous Companies

The office has founded many Anonymous Companies in Greece (commercial, shipping, hotels, tourist and indrusty) and companies made of fusion and absorption of other companies.
The office continues to offer the experience and the special knowledge of its founder and collaborators to these companies, for the organisation, the operation and the issues that they deal with.

Privatisations

The office has dealt with the process of privatisation of enterprices with financial problems, by acting on behalf of serious investors. The privatisation of former industrial group LANARA-KIRTSI, in which 40 small and big craft-based enterprises participated, is an example.

The office offers its services and knowledge to enterprises that wish to invest money in Greece, to become financed by banks or even to be included in subsidised activities by developmental laws and programs of the European Union.
The office dealt with programs of professional training and it has founded a centre of professional training that is activated in this sector.

The office has dealt with the entry of big companies in the Stock Market of Athens but also with the process of adaptation and observation of rules and obligations of companies that have already entered.

Cadastre

The office has knowledge in the process of integration and registration of each form of real estate in the National Cadastre and offers that service to the proprietors who are interested in Greece but also in emigrant Hellenism.
